We have an immediate need for an Occupational Therapist - Outpatient: for a hospital located in North Central Colorado. Below are additional details:
Outpatient Clinic in northern Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist with hand experience, CHT preferred. Experience with post op hands but also able to treat non-ortho population required. Must have a Colorado OT license and a minimum 2 years of experience.
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient' s condition.
Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires. Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs.
Supervises and delegates the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians according to established licensing laws, state regulations and practice standards.
8am-4: 30pm Sunday- Thursday, with a 30 min. Break (40 hrs/week)
On-call not required, Holidays not required
Bachelor' s Degree in OT. Preferred: Master' s degree in OT
2+ years in acute inpatient OT experience
CO licensed in OT
